Mr. Todd brings over 32 years of experience as a licensed Architect, with a career distinguished by leadership in design excellence, project delivery, and strategic growth. As Senior Director of Design, he oversees multidisciplinary teams, guiding complex projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with client goals, technical standards, and architectural vision.

Throughout his career, Mr. Todd has held key positions that have expanded his expertise in business development, team leadership, project management, public engagement, and organizational strategy. His ability to balance creative design with practical execution has made him a trusted leader across public and private sector projects.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Todd has demonstrated a strong commitment to service through his time in the United States Army National Guard and active membership in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and Rotary International.
