Michael Nixon

Mr. Nixon brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, capture management, and supply chain leadership across the defense, aerospace, and federal design and construction markets. At GMHILL he directs pursuit strategy, capture planning, and proposal operations for A&E, construction, and design-build work with USACE, the Air Force, the Navy, and other Department of Defense clients, including opportunities pursued through the firm’s joint venture partnerships. He established GMHILL’s federal pipeline tracking system and the reporting framework leadership uses to manage business development performance, and he leads the firm’s application of automation and analytics to proposal development. His earlier career includes global procurement and supply chain leadership supporting government facilities operations and military rotorcraft sustainment programs.
