John’s Creek Amenity Center

Johns Creek is a 350-acre deed-restricted community located in northwest St. Johns County between St. Augustine and Jacksonville. GM Hill provided comprehensive structural engineering and construction administration services for the construction of the Johns Creek Amenity Center. The project consisted of a new Residence Club, Bath House, a Pool Pavilion, an entry arbor and some miscellaneous hardscape items.
