Custom Home Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

GM HILL provided structural engineering and construction administration services for a high- end residence in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The home is an approximately 8,050 square foot two-story structure with porches, decks, and balconies.

The design utilized a combination of load-bearing concrete masonry for the first and second-floor exterior walls. The interior load bearing and non-load bearing walls were designed utilizing wood framed studs. The roof systems were designed utilizing pre-engineered wood trusses supporting clay roof tiles.
