GM HILL provided structural engineering services for the design of a new administration and classroom building located on the existing school campus. The facility houses administrative staff and aftercare programs, as well as a large multi-purpose space for the school.

The design consisted of load-bearing concrete masonry walls with pre-engineered wood roof trusses bearing on shallow foundations. The entry portico was designed utilizing large exposed heavy timber members and an exposed conventionally designed exposed truss.  Foundations for project utilized shallow continuous footings with isolated shallow spread footings at concentrated column loads.  The project was designed as a GOLD LEED certified project.
