DEERWOOD NORTH BUILDING 5-STORY OFFICE BUILDINGS

GM HILL was the Structural Engineer of Record for the design of two five-story office buildings in Jacksonville’s Southside district. The design consisted of composite steel construction, structural steel framing and load-bearing precast concrete tilt-up wall panels on shallow foundations.

The design of these office buildings was highlighted in a nationally publicized PCA magazine for the use of load-bearing precast wall panels.
