GMHILL was responsible for managing both the interior and exterior repairs of Buildings A-2649 and A-2653.

For the interior repairs, GMHILL oversaw furniture removal, storage, and reinstallation. A government-approved suite mockup was required before any work began. The work included demolishing and installing various components, such as ceiling tiles, baseboards, chair rails, and gypsum wallboards. New floor finishes, signage, and painting were also part of the project scope. Fire stopping was provided where necessary, and the facilities were thoroughly cleaned upon completion.

For the exterior repairs, GMHILL replaced steel doors and window screens and installed keyed window locks. The joint sealant on the façade was removed and replaced with a new hybrid polyurethane silicone sealant. GMHILL also renovated several areas, including the CQ (Central Quarters), bathrooms, dayrooms, kitchens, and suite baths.
