London Ranger District Office

GMHILL served as the Prime Design-Build Contractor and Designer of Record (DOR), on the new London Ranger District Office in London, Kentucky. This comprehensive project was commissioned by the USDA Forest Service (USDA FS) and involved demolishing the current structures and site features to create a modern office compound. The reimagined site includes a new administration building, warehouse building, covered outdoor storage, seedling cooler, hazardous materials storage, bulk fuel storage, and a monument sign. GMHILL committed and delivered on this state-of-the-art project that met the USDA FS’s needs and supported the local community through sustainable, efficient, and adaptable design.
