GMHILL was selected to complete Design-Build renovations in support of a Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Training Facility. The renovated space provides a large central open-bay physical training area with ten supporting offices for personnel use and three sizeable separate Reconditioning/Cognitive Performance Areas. Additional floor plan revisions included a Conference Room / Classroom, Laundry Room, Break Room, Restrooms, and several accessory spaces for storage and future office space. The project also provides HVAC improvements and replacement.
