GMHILL served as the Designer of Record for a new 7,300 SF avionics warehouse facility, delivering a comprehensive 100% design for this state-of-the-art project. The facility, designed to store critical testing equipment and mission-essential assets, features a climate-controlled, pre-engineered steel structure with insulated metal walls, a truck dock, and sustainable design elements.

Our team provided multidisciplinary services, including architecture, engineering (structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, fire protection), and cost estimation. We also conducted topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, and energy analyses to ensure a sustainable, high-performance facility that meets all relevant codes, standards, and UFC criteria.
