GMHILL was tasked with the exciting challenge of designing and constructing a state-of-the-art 30,000 SF Advanced Skills Training Barracks. This dynamic facility features modern living quarters, bathrooms, laundry facilities, expansive common areas, and essential storage spaces, along with advanced mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and alarm systems. We also completed full site development, including utilities, lighting, storm drainage, paving, curbs and gutters, landscaping, and signage, ensuring a seamless and functional environment for trainees.

From the very beginning, our team set a high bar for quality and innovation. We crafted a custom quality management plan to ensure every detail met our rigorous standards. Engaging our Value Engineer early on, we applied a strategic approach to balance functionality, safety, and cost-efficiency while delivering a design that exceeded expectations.
