GMHILL BAKER, a WOSB Joint Venture operating under an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Agreement, merges the expertise of two established consulting firms to deliver full-spectrum A-E (Architecture and Engineering) services. Our integrated team offers innovative methodologies, specialized competencies, and a solid dedication to quality. With an in-house team providing comprehensive A-E services, we ensure the deployment of top-tier resources tailored to project-specific requirements. Strategically located offices across the U.S. and internationally equip GMHILL BAKER with the capacity and agility to execute multiple task orders concurrently, even under compressed timelines. Our team leverages an in-depth understanding of client missions, organizational culture, and the complexities of dynamic operating environments to deliver projects on time and within budget. With a proven history of navigating unique climatic conditions, geotechnical variability, and logistical complexities, GMHILL BAKER excels in managing projects under any circumstances.

The GMH-C Joint Venture unites the expertise of GMHILL and Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. to offer a full range of construction and contracting services. With decades of experience, Centennial specializes in task order contracting for the Department of Defense, as well as other federal and civilian agencies. Together, GMH-C excels in renovation, repair, and new construction, particularly under job order contracts. In addition, their combined portfolio includes design-build and design-bid-build projects, utilizing delivery methods such as Construction Management-at-Risk, Cost-Plus, Firm-Fixed-Fee, and Guaranteed Maximum Pricing. The GMH-C JV harnesses this vast experience to ensure streamlined project execution while understanding the specific operational demands of each facility. This expertise allows the joint venture to address the unique requirements, missions, and safety protocols of diverse organizations, providing customized solutions for every project, of any size. 

The CONSTANT GMHILL JV combines the expertise of Constant and Associates, Inc. (8(a)/EDWOSB/WOSB) and G.M. Hill Engineering, Inc. (WOSB/EDWOSB) to offer comprehensive emergency and incident management services. This joint venture provides various emergency preparedness and response solutions, specializing in catastrophic disasters, mass fatality incidents, hazard mitigation, and after-action reporting. Our services encompass everything from HSEEP exercises, custom training programs, and plan development to community engagement and specialized staff augmentation. CONSTANT GMHILL ensures that our solutions reflect the Whole Community model and address the complex challenges facing today’s emergency managers. Our clients, from federal agencies to local public safety departments, benefit from sustainable programs tailored to their unique needs, including continuity planning, pandemic response, resiliency assessments, and post-disaster response. Our JV offers planning, facility assessments, engineering, project management, and disaster exercises such as cybersecurity workshops and evacuation drills.
